Final value fees for sellers who do not meet eBay’s minimum performance standards will increase by 4 percentage points on items sold after May 1, 2017. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
The Top Rated Plus final value fee discount will decrease from 20% to 10% on qualifying listings starting on May 1, 2017.
Benefits unique to Canadian Top Rated seller will remain unchanged.
This means the discount will continue to be applied to your eBay.ca, eBay.com, or both so long as you remain a Top Rated under either the the Global or U.S. Standards Program.
You will not need to meet the tracking upload requirements in order to qualify for the U.S. Top Rated discount.
NEW BENEFITS FOR SELLERS
Canadian sellers who have Store subscriptions on either eBay.ca or eBay.com may now use the Promoted Listings feature for listings created on eBay.com. In summer 2017, eBay will launch Promoted Listings on eBay.ca.
Canadians with Store subscriptions on either eBay.ca or eBay.com, or who are U.S. Top Rated, may now use the promoted listings feature on eBay.com to promote their eBay.com listings to U.S. buyers.
Beginning in April 2017, Canadian sellers who subscribe to an Anchor Store on either eBay.ca or eBay.com will receive a quarterly US$25 promoted listings credit, for use on eBay.com.
Also, Canadian sellers who qualify as U.S. Top Rated will receive a quarterly US$30 promoted listings credit for use on eBay.com, whether or not they subscribe to an eBay Store.
The eBay-branded shipping supplies coupon for Canadian Anchor Store subscribers will increase from CAN$105 to CAN$210 per quarter.
In summer 2017, promoted listings will also launch on eBay.ca.
