Amazon Business Prime Now Available for Free to Small Business Owners

Amazon Business, the Amazon B2B procurement store, announced that Business Prime Duo, previously priced at $69 per year, will now be offered for free to Amazon Prime members who also make purchases for their businesses.

Business Prime Duo is a membership program provided by Amazon Business, which aims to assist small-business owners by providing them with business buying tools and access to business-only pricing on select items, along with fast and free business delivery.

Small-business owners can now access Business Prime Duo as part of their existing Prime membership, without any additional cost, in addition to the savings, convenience, and entertainment benefits they already enjoy.

By utilizing Amazon Business and Business Prime Duo, small-business owners can keep their personal and business expenses separate while enjoying fast and free delivery, along with numerous other Prime benefits.

Separating business and personal accounts helps in tracking business spending, streamlining accounting and tax processes. Additionally, Amazon Business customers gain access to business-only pricing and quantity discounts on eligible products.

• Fast, free delivery on business purchases: Enjoy Free One and Two-Day Delivery on tens of millions of items and free Same-Day Delivery on eligible items in over 90 metro areas, ensuring that small businesses can get the items they require promptly.
• Convenient business delivery: Select their preferred “Amazon Day” to receive eligible orders on the same day each week, where applicable. This enables them to be present to receive their packages, whether they are at work or home. Reliable delivery allows customers to allocate more time to growing their small business, as they know exactly when their shipments will arrive. Furthermore, members can opt for Consolidated Shipping on large orders to receive items in the fewest packages and deliveries.
• Free survey and analytics tools: Gain access to survey tools provided by Delighted, enabling them to gain valuable insights to inspire customer loyalty and drive business growth.

Existing Amazon Business customers can access Business Prime Duo for free by linking their personal Amazon.com account with an active Prime membership to their Amazon Business account.

Current Business Prime Duo members will receive a refund for the remaining duration of their pre-paid yearly membership, with the refund amount calculated based on the number of months elapsed since their last renewal.
