Extend’s modern product protection platform goes beyond enhancing the purchase funnel via a seamless claims experience as well so that merchants can control their post-purchase experience, turning potential detractors into advocates.
Most customers can settle 98% of warranty claims in less than 60 seconds, through the Extend platform.
As a result, merchants are seeing double-digit increases in conversion rates, and 10% of warranty buyers return for a repeat purchase.
