Two weeks ago, when the coronavirus crisis started to shut down much of the U.S., eBay released seller assistance programs that enabled store subscribers to defer fees and list more items at no charge.
Especially in light of Amazon’s decision to temporarily halt inbound shipments for Amazon FBA categories it deemed non-essential, there has been a desire by marketplace sellers to diversify their sales channels.
eBay has a unique opportunity in this coronavirus crisis to bring back dormant sellers that left the platform or gain new sellers that never sold on the marketplace.
To entice sellers to list and sell more on its platform during the coronavirus crisis, business sellers who are not eBay Store subscribers can now list 200 additional fixed price and auction listings free in April.
Sellers just need a business account and can activate the offer here.
