Etsy New Cooking Utensils and Gadgets Sub-Categories
Etsy is breaking up the Cooking Utensils and Gadgets category into more specific categories, including:
- Cookie Cutters
- Funnels
- Graters
- Kitchen Tongs
- Ladles
- Mashers & Pounders
- Measuring Cups & Spoons
- Mixer Attachments
- Mixers & Whisks
- Mixing Spoons
- Muddlers
- Paddles
- Rolling Pins
- Scoops
- Spatulas
- Strainers
The company said it will automatically move relevant listings to the new categories, but we caution that sellers should do this themselves to ensure their items are listed in the right category.
This Etsy February update follows a larger one the company released last September. Sellers that may have missed previous updates can check out the complete list of categories and subcategories available on the Etsy Marketplace here.
Etsy sellers can also learn more about maximizing the use of categories and attributes from the Etsy Seller Handbook.
