Parcelhub to Offer Yodel Xpect 2-Hour Delivery for Small Parcels

Following a successful trial, Whistl, a leading logistics specialist in ecommerce fulfillment in the UK announced that it will offer its Whistl Parcels and Parcelhub customers Yodel’s new Xpect Mini and Medium 2-hour delivery window services.

Xpect Mini covers parcels up to 45cm long and weighing up to 3kg with the Medium service covering parcels up to 90cm long and up to 17kg in weight.

The two new services join Yodel’s Xpect Large and Extra-Large options. Yodel’s Xpect service includes full tracking and allows the customer to interact with their delivery preferences with up to seven Inflight options via this service enhancement.

Yodel Xpect provides customers with a 2-hour delivery window notification on the day of their delivery. The Xpect service is available in four parcel sizes to suit any product mix.

Yodel’s Xpect service includes full tracking capability with a driver map and countdown to delivery feature and allows the customer to interact with their delivery preferences with up to seven inflight options via their service enhancement.

Whistl is one of the UK’s leading business parcel brokers, and its scalable service enables the company to meet the needs of customers ranging from SMEs to larger brands and retailers.

Whistl Parcels focuses on larger brands and retailers, while the Parcelhub brand, which it acquired in 2018, serves SME and mid-market eCommerce operators with a more bespoke service, which benefits from attractive bulk carrier rates that have been secured for both Parcelhub and Whistl Parcels customers.
