Sendle Announces Holiday Shipping Deadlines for U.S. and Canada to Ensure Packages Reach Destinations by Christmas
Sendle, North America’s premier package delivery network designed especially for small businesses, unveiled its holiday shipping deadlines this week.
By providing these crucial dates, Sendle enables businesses to plan for the peak season and eliminate the uncertainties associated with last-minute holiday deliveries.
United States Christmas Shipping Deadlines
For businesses in the Contiguous United States (Lower 48), Sendle has established the following holiday cut-off dates:
- Saver and Preferred: December 15
- 3-Day Guaranteed: December 18
- 2-Day Guaranteed: December 20
The holiday cut-off dates for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are as follows:
- Hawaii: December 15
- Alaska: December 17
Sendle did not provide deadlines for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. But considering they rely on USPS to deliver those packages, shippers should use the same deadline as Hawaii.
The carrier does not offer service to other U.S. territories (such as Guam), international military/diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any other international destination at this time.
However, to make this holiday season even brighter for Sendlers, the company has recently waived any surcharges for U.S. shipments through the end of 2023.
Canadian Christmas Shipping Guidelines
In Canada, Sendle ensures small businesses are well-prepared for the holiday season as well by providing clear shipping guidelines tailored by regional service.
The Canadian holiday shipping deadlines are as follows:
- Regional: December 18
- Same Province: December 14
- National: December 11
It is important to note that these dates depend on the origin and destination of the shipments and do not include remote shipments.
Sendle has made it a top priority to provide Canadian small businesses with a reliable and cost-effective shipping option. The carrier has made a number of service improvements this year that benefit Canadian Sendlers.
Recently, Sendle introduced new Drop-off Locations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Montreal, and Vancouver, offering small businesses greater flexibility and ease when sending their packages.
In addition, Sendle Canada also launched its Peak Relief program, reducing domestic and cross-border shipping rates by up to 15% and waiving any surcharges for the remainder of 2023.
Sendle Supports Business in North America
Sendle’s unwavering commitment to providing affordable and eco-friendly shipping options has been a boon for North American small businesses, especially now, during the holiday season.
With Sendle, business owners can rest easy, knowing that their packages will reach their destinations on time, while customers can enjoy a stress-free shopping experience.
