Sendle and Extensiv Forge Strategic Partnership to Boost Affordable Small Parcel Delivery for 3PLs

Sendle and Extensiv have announced a collaboration aiming to reduce small package shipping costs for third-party logistics providers (3PLs) in the U.S. market.

The strategic partnership comes at a crucial time, right before the peak season of 2023, promising enhanced affordability and efficiency in the delivery process.

Extensiv, known for its comprehensive omnichannel software solutions, including warehouse, inventory, and order management, has integrated Sendle’s package delivery services into its Small Parcel Suite.

This key addition is based on direct customer feedback and especially benefits small online retailers. Sendle is distinguished for its affordable, door-to-door, 100% carbon-neutral delivery service tailored for small businesses.

“Based on this customer demand, we are pleased to now offer support for Sendle within our integrated solution. It’s a valuable shipping option for 3PLs and their ecommerce customers – especially as peak season 2023 quickly approaches,” stated Richard Kang, VP of partnerships at Extensiv.

Sendle Extensiv Partnership Forged After Customer Survey

This partnership was established after a recent survey revealed a substantial interest in Sendle among 3PL warehouse management customers.

The integration is set to revolutionize how 3PLs operate, particularly in automating fulfillment processes.

It offers a competitive edge by providing access to reliable, national shipping with significant savings, boasting rates up to 83% cheaper, devoid of any hidden charges or mandatory subscriptions.

James Chin Moody, CEO and co-founder of Sendle highlighted the essential role of 3PLs in the ecommerce ecosystem, especially during the bustling holiday season.

He emphasized, “3PLs don’t need more complexity when it comes to small package shipping; they need better rates and services that meet their smaller ecommerce customers’ shipping needs, and our partnership with Extensiv makes it easier for 3PLs to deliver on both fronts.”

Additionally, this announcement marks Sendle’s second major partnership this month, expanding its carrier services to reach more small business customers on different platforms.

The alliance between Extensiv and Sendle is a boon for 3PLs seeking to diversify their shipping partners, reduce costs, and enhance customer support.

With straightforward setup via Extensiv’s Small Parcel Suite, 3PLs can expedite processes, potentially boosting their net revenue, thanks to the Sendle integration.
