ups delivery man with couple holiday season

UPS and Shopify announced a new partnership to bring UPS’s premium services to small businesses on the Shopify platform.

With this partnership, UPS services will become embedded into the Shopify platform to allow Shopify merchants to manage shipping in one place efficiently.

UPS is also offering low competitive pre-negotiated domestic and international shipping rates for Shopify merchants. With fast, free, ground shipping becoming the de facto standard in domestic eCommerce, Shopify merchants will benefit from UPS’s vast experience and delivery network.

Just this year UPS announced standard Saturday ground delivery in many U.S. metros. And for the holiday season, UPS is expanding staff to handle an anticipated record 750 million packages.

By natively integrating UPS into the Shopify platform, store owners will have a single location solution to handle tracking, billing, and cost of shipments. Merchants can focus on running their business and providing customer service all from one shipping screen.

UPS and Shopify believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone, and we share a unique passion to empower small businesses who form the backbone of the global economy. Working with UPS helps level the playing field for small businesses to compete against larger brands with guaranteed delivery times and competitive rates previously unavailable to many small- and medium-sized merchants.
