Wix Launches Integrations With Meta To Expand Customer Communications

Wix.com announced the expansion of its communications platform to include Meta-owned WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. This enables Wix users to connect their business accounts directly to their Wix Inbox, allowing them to efficiently manage all customer communication and interactions from a single inbox.

The Wix Inbox saves time and offers business owners the opportunity to build strong, personalized relationships with their customers.

With the integration of these popular social media channels, users can easily reply to all customer messages from the Wix dashboard and even extend their business communication with product suggestions, coupons, and auto-replies.

Wix Inbox is a CRM messaging tool that allows users to view and respond to messages from a variety of channels, including Wix Chat on the Wix website, email, SMS, and now, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger business pages.

Users can also initiate chats with live site visitors and reach out to anyone in their contact list. They can send visitors attachments, coupons, payment requests, and links to their products and services.

    Since the launch of this new “feature” we have been locked out of our account and their verification process fails!
    Then I go online to look for a company fail news update and see your article.
    Wix is a total bust for this!!
    Small businesses and nonprofits (like ourselves) depend on our websites and they just hit us with a MAJOR blow!
    Hoping they fix this soon because we could end up losing supporters!
